Well, here goes this blog thing...
This past October, I decided to try and put together a blog...I am not sure what prompted me. I think it was one of those days that I had so much on my mind and nowhere to relieve those thoughts. So, what did I do? Decided to google "blogs" and up came the blogger.com site. I started the base of the blog, but got side tracked and decided to come back to it later (big mistake...lesson learned: Get what is on your mind and heart out in the open as quickly as possible!!). Ironically, writing my first blog has been on my "to-do" list since then, but I feel this is the first time I have had personal time since the start up of the blog as I have consistently been with someone almost every minute of everyday (or at least it feels that way...).
At this point in time, I am sitting on train passing through Kalamazoo, Michigan on my way to a Cheerleading Catalog photoshoot in the middle of nowhere Michigan. It is amazing how much just a little personal time allows you to think reflect your past and energize yourself for the future.
I have to be honest, I have NO IDEA what the overall theme of my blogsite will be. It might be an up close and personal look on my life (which would be rather boring...), it might include fashion, glamour, and travel ideas, maybe my modeling and broadcasting adventures or perhaps recipes or sport updates. All I know is that hopefully I can help touch lives of others. Oh, and as a forewarning, it might really be a crazy collection of my babblings about nothing. Hence why the blog is called "kaleidoscope." It touches on a variety of different topics, some which might make complete sense and have relevance and others where you have no idea what I am talking about and it is me just typing getting my mind clear.
All in all, I am excited to start this blog as a means of being real and open with me and my life.
